Position Summary

Our team is looking for a Senior Associate who is looking for a role that will offer them autonomy, direct client relationships and most important to begin executing on deals right away. 



Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects of the M&A process from client development to transaction closing. Senior Associates are responsible for overseeing Analysts and Associates on project teams and providing senior M&A professionals with support and various deal materials.  Senior Associates will handle more complex transactions and will handle communications with clients which could include running meetings.




  1. Participate meaningfully in all aspects of transaction development and execution
  2. Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings
  3. Identify strategic and financial buyers and sellers
  4. Participate in M&A strategy development discussions
  5. Draft information memoranda and management presentations 
  6. Coordinate and support due diligence
  7. Analyze and teach how to build detailed and accurate financial models, including DCF, LBO, comparable transaction and guideline company analysis
  8. Monitor relevant transactions, capital market trends, company financial statements, industry, regulatory, and other economic information
  9. Mentor and develop staff (Analysts and Associates)


  1. Robust analytical skillset with experience working with common ERP and accounting software
  2. Proficient using the Microsoft suite of programs
  3. Experience working with or leading the development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings)
  4. Keen interest in the understanding of M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) fundamentals and dynamics
  5. Self-starter with executive presence and team-oriented spirit

Experience and Education

1. 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction services

2. 4 year degree with strong academic performance
