The Senior Manager has mastered the skills and requirements of the manager role and has been identified as possessing the pre-requisite skills to grow into a future partner/managing director or principal. The Senior Manager is developing greater leadership skills and continuously taking on greater responsibilities. The Senior Manager is building the capacity to assist the partners/managing directors in assuming overall responsibilities in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: engagement management & client service, sales, practice development, marketing, cross selling, discipline & industry expertise, external activities & networking, leadership, people development, and strategic business planning.
