    The Principal will own the P&L for the business sales strategies.

    They will also identify, acquire, and close new and continued sales opportunities, as well as manage and build business within existing client organizations expanding a delivery of all Cyber-Crime offerings.


    What You Will Do:


    Envision and develop the intellectual capital and delivery methodologies of the next generation Cyber-Crime (AML) solutions and architectures; for example: Machine Learning and AI for AML/OFAC diagnostics, AML process and improvement, KYC Review & Client Risk Segmentation, Effectiveness Testing, analytics and machine learning for continuous monitoring and diagnostics.


    Lead and manage consulting engagements and sales efforts across one or more client organizations or market segment including all aspects of marketing and proposal development, delivery, and execution, and provide leadership to a team of professionals. Provide leadership to delivery teams to meet engagement delivery, quality, and cost goals. 


    Interpret and communicate market trends in conjunction with latest Federal/State policies, with a focus on Financial Services providing support to commercial organizations responding to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and enforcement reviews. Analyze regulatory filings by financial institutions, including currency transaction reports (CTRs) and suspicious activity reports (SARs). Conduct regulatory, intelligence, and law enforcement research in support of possible civil enforcement actions. Use industry and subject matter expertise to draft or review complex legal memorandum and other documents, including administrative summons, case assessments, notification letters, charging letters, and consent orders that support enforcement actions and administrative penalties. Gather supporting information from financial regulators, financial institutions, law enforcement, and other areas to evaluate and determine compliance and



    • Generates new business annually, from new & existing clients 
    • Solicit internal experts from across the Firm to assist in marketing & selling firm services to existing clients
    • Is actively involved in community, social, business and professional organizations, to generate referral sources
    • Is actively involved in product development and product sales that will enhance market opportunities to generate revenue (determined by Discipline and Industry leaders)
    • Actively promotes the Firm in all venues
    • Represent the firm and area of expertise by making presentations at third party events.
    • Participates in mentoring, training, recruiting, retention and team-building activities
    • Effectively develops, supervises, trains, coaches, and mentors staff
    • Completes performance reviews constructively and timely, both written and oral, as well as provides ongoing feedback throughout the performance year
    • Effectively manages people with poise and professionalism during stressful times, especially during peak periods of client engagement and deadlines
    • Promotes the most efficient operations of the Firm and supports compliance guidelines in managing others
    • Assists Partners in managing administrative activity

    Experience and Education

    • BA or BS degree in computer science or information systems, MBA preferred
    • 15+ years of experience with implementing or analyzing financial regulatory compliance programs
    • 10+ years of experience with working on complex regulatory matters, including the development of civil enforcement actions
    • 2+ years of experience with investigating and documenting instances of non-compliance by financial institutions
    • Experience with the development of new solutions and differentiated innovations in the AML/OFAC domain
    • Experience with leading proposal work and responding to RFPs
    • Ability to align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships


    Legal / Compliance

    • Must complete firm wide Non-Compete, Non Solicitation agreements or similar applicable documents
    • Must complete acknowledgement of Corporate Policy and Compliance Manual
    • Must complete acknowledgement of Employee Manual document
    • Must complete acknowledgement of Independence Guidelines and Ethical Standards document
    • Government engagements require applying for and receiving a security clearance from the United States government
