  • Position Summary

    Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

    Tasks

    Administrative Support

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
    • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
    • Proofread final documents before printing
    • Assist with printing and/or binding of client documents and presentations
    • Create draft of engagement letters and statement of qualifications
    • Scan/save documents and other files on the network and/or central repository location
    • Assist and support the team with daily office operations, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, ordering office supplies, coordinating parking, acting as liaison between team and building security, etc.
    • Friendly and professional demeanor

    Skills

    Excel / Spreadsheet Expertise

    • Seeking a Spreadsheet Super User with proficiency in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, macros, formulas, v-look ups, etc.
    • Must be able to create, update, and maintain financial, statistical and/or technical reports
    • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Requires a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy inputting data
    • Comfortable maintaining large volume of data and reports for multiple clients

     

    PowerPoint Expertise

    • Seeking keen PowerPoint Pro who can create corporate slidedecks by transforming information provided by others into content for the presentation slides
    • Must be skilled in use of diagrams, charts, images, graphs, animation, audio/video links, etc.
    • Strong editing abilities with knowledge of content layout, use of space and slide formatting consistencies

    Experience and Education

    High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); 2+ years
