    The Team

    The High Net Worth Individual practice focuses on helping individuals make financial and life decisions, big and small. The practice takes a holistic approach to the individual, their family, the closely held businesses, trusts, and estate plans. It is your chance to see the entire picture how these pieces interconnect. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients with their tax compliance needs, guide them through the ever-changing tax landscape, and consult on options to meet their financials and life goals.



    The Responsibilities

    • Handle the full spectrum of tax compliance needs for individuals, closely held businesses, and trusts
    • Review tax returns, research tax issues, structure transactions, consult on special projects
    • Identify client tax needs and pursue tax planning opportunities
    • Manage tax return preparation and related projects: handle planning, supervise execution, and ensure timely delivery while monitoring the budgets and realization
    • Demonstrate thorough tax technical knowledge necessary for advising clients, recognizing and resolving complex technical issues
    • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
    • Develop, motivate, and train staff – act as a mentor and a role model
    • Continue learning, keeping up with tax changes and developing an area of expertise
    • Assist partner in managing effective billing and collections
    • Participate in firm’s marketing, recruiting, team-building, and similar efforts
    • Develop outside relationships with a goal of generating referral sources
    • Adhere to firm’s policies and procedures

    The Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
    • 5-8 years in relevant position
    • Must be a CPA
    • Must maintain required CPE credits annually
