THE FOCUS IS YOU: 

We are looking to add an Audit Manager to join the China Practice in our Northeast Region. The Audit Manager will analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.  May supervise and/or train Internal Accountants.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Regular duties include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts
• Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• 6+ years in relevant position
• Experience auditing public companies required
• Must have 10K and 10Q experience
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
• Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
• Ability to operate spreadsheet, word processing and email and accounting software programs

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

For job postings in our New York City location, we are required by law to include a good faith salary range for every job, promotion, and transfer opportunity in accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law. This range considers many factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s knowledge, job specific skills, experience, licensure, and certifications.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000.
