THE FOCUS IS YOU: 

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of various Human Resource functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of Human Resource tasks to support our employees and promote a positive workplace environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Regular duties include, but are not limited to:

Onboarding:

• Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions to acquaint new hires with company culture, values, and expectations.
• Ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork.
• Facilitate the background check process and review completed reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of I-9 requirements.
• Stay informed of company policies, industry trends, and best practices to optimize the onboarding experience.

Offboarding:

• Ensure prompt delivery of termination paperwork.
• Diligently save all documentation.
• Update all systems and departments with precision and efficiency.

Human Resource Administration:

• Process internal position changes with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Prepare Human Resource-related reports and documents as required. 

Payroll Administration:

• Communicate any pertinent pay information to the payroll team on a semi-monthly basis.
• Provide monthly updates on commission earnings to the payroll team. 

Legal Compliance:

• Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure full compliance with Human Resource practices. 

Human Resource Projects and Initiatives:

• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of Human Resource projects, including employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Preferred education and experience:

• 1 year experience in a Human Resources role.
