We are seeking an experienced BlackLine professional who will play a role in helping clients improve their financial processes, systems, and strategies to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with project team members and clients to analyze the status of current financial operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop & implement strategies and solutions to drive transformation and achieve objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Regular duties include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver the “Next Level of Service” to clients by focusing on increasing the quality and efficiency of record-to-report process
• Provide clients with guidance, training, and support on tailored BlackLine implementations
• Adhere to customized roadmaps and rollout plans for specific client needs using project management methodology to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Play an active role in the client’s “health check” as part of our commitment to delivering a concierge experience
• Employ a blended learning model to each client’s BlackLine implementation that ensures knowledge transfers effectively to system administrators and end-users

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• BlackLine proficiency
• Demonstrated experience leading BlackLine implementation projects, maintaining scope, timeline, and budget
• Technical experience with at least three advanced BlackLine product implementations, including transaction matching, journal entry, task management, account reconciliation, etc.
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Outgoing personality
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)

Desired Experience

• Previous experience working for a consulting firm or in a consultative role

Travel

• Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending on client’s needs
